Recreational Classes

Ages 3.5 to 5 years

1 Hour class

This class is designed for children who want to develop their basic gymnastic skills with in a fun and friendly environment, catered to younger gymnasts looking to get more out of their gymnastics.

Ages 6-8 years

1 Hour Class

Level 1 gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to get started. Children will learn how to properly use all of the gymnastics equipment. This classed is specifically tailored to gymnasts aged 6-8 years old who want to take the next step in their gymnastics.

Ages 8 + years

1 Hour Session

Level 1 gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to get started. Children will learn how to properly use all of the gymnastics equipment. This classed is specifically tailored to gymnasts aged 8 years and older who want to take the next step in their gymnastics.

Ages 6 + years

2 Hour Session

Level 2 gymnastics is a great place for your child to start doing more gymnastics when they feel ready. Children will learn how to properly use all of the gymnastics equipment and gain understanding of new skills. This longer 2 hour session allows the gymnasts to have more time on apparatus and develop their skills further.

Ages 4-6 years

Tuesday 1.5 Hour Class

Boys gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to continue to elevate their gymnastics skills on all 6 boys apparatus. Class time is spent working on gaining an understanding of men's gymnastics for our youngest gymnasts.

Ages 6 years +

 Mondays and Thursday 1.5 Hour Session

Level 3 gymnastics is a great place for your child to continue to develop their gymnastics skills. And gain some competition experience. Class time is spent working on  skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault.
