Our Preschool Play sessions give little ones the chance to explore, move, and have fun in our gymnastics centre. With plenty of exciting equipment to discover, children can swing, balance, climb, bounce, and even jump into the foam pit, all while being supervised by their grown-up. At the end of each session, we gather together for a gentle cool down before saying goodbye.
Every child leaves with a big smile and a special sticker to celebrate their playtime!

In this fun-filled 45-minute session, children explore movement, balance, and coordination through playful gymnastics activities, all with the support of the coach while parents can watch from our waiting rooms.
