General Level 1, Tumbling and Trampoline Classes

These classes are booked and paid for in advance for Bi Monthly periods.

Fees are based on £7.10 per hour from 1st May 2022 and the bi-monthly fee is billed on the 8th of the previous month with payment needing to be received by 22nd of the month. Our fee structure can be found below. Please note that refunds cannot be given once the classes have started unless it is within the first 2 weeks of your child joining a class.

General Level 2 Classes 

General Level 2 gymnastics for those children wanting to spend more time working in the Gym working on their skills with opportunities to compete at Basic level competitions.

Development Classes

These are invitation only, however as places in these classes become available we will hold trials for these vacancies. These classes continue through the school holidays, with 3 weeks off throughout the year.  Please check calendars attached to your child's class.

Make up session Policy

We understand that sometimes there are reasons your child may miss a session. We are very happy to offer one makeup session per half term. Please email us, book on the App or check with a coach in the gym to organise one if required.

Preschool Play

These classes will be payable on the door and will be £5.50 per session or you can purchase a card for 5 sessions for £22.50 or £40.00 for two cards. Booking is required due to Covid 19 restrictions.

School Holidays

We run special holiday fun camps and development camps, which can be booked on our website approximately 3 weeks before.

Term Dates & Billing Information

Every two months we will invoice on the 8th of the month with payment deadline by the 22nd of the month. Our months with invoices will be December, February, April, June, August, October. This means the gymnasts get more time in the gym. You will not be charged for our annual shut down dates when we will hold our gymnastics activity days. Please be aware of our annual shut down dates which are available above. 

These dates are extremely important please make sure you are aware of them as your child's place will not be available if NO PAYMENT is received before the deadline timescale on the 'Our term dates' image.

The calendar above is only for our Novice and Squad gymnasts.

Charge Information

Recreational Classes

We are starting to add more and more classes to the program and with this some gymnasts are attending the gym for more than just one hour. With this in mind we have a lower hourly cost if you are attending more than one hour in one discipline as a form of scholarship. Our fee structure can be found at the top of this page.

Club Membership

Club Membership is payable on joining and the membership year runs from October to September the following year. Each years membership is billed in July for the September to August, along with the tuition for September term.  Benefits will give discounts towards Holiday camps and a £5.00 merchandise discount each year.

British Gymnastics Membership

 

On joining parents must register participators with British Gymnastics for Membership. Bronze membership for over 5's is £19.00 per year and for Preschoolers is £13.00.* These are renewable every September for 1st October and payable 2 weeks after joining.

 

*Membership will not be payable for the following sessions:- Toddler and Parent Drop in, Fun sessions, One Offs and special training camps.
